Additional examples of display.

An antique Chinese silk robe.
(about seven feet high by six feet wide)

This fragile embroidered robe needed repair and protection. We built a frame and stretched two layers of linen over. Then we mounted the robe onto the linen using scattered, removable tacking stitches. Necessary repairs were made in the embroidery. Then we designed and built a frame with cloud-scroll motifs in relief, within a gilt channel. The robe was protected with a layer of ultraviolet filtering lucite.

An antique painted fan.
(about 24” wide)

This display allows the fan to be seen from both sides, while offering protection from dust and harmful ultraviolet light. We fabricated the frame and base using poplar which we finished in a lacquered and gilded style reminiscent of old Asian lacquer.

Steuben crystal bowl mounted for presentation as an award.
(about 10“ tall)

Some of our clients use our displays to recognize special contributions or to celebrate special occasions. We offer engraving and lighting incorporated into our displays.
